Do you have a store I could visit? TOP
Autumn Rose Quilting sells on-line only, this allows me to maintain an accurate inventory on the website. If you try to purchase more fabric than we have in stock, you should receive a message telling how much is available. Are the colors accurate? TOP
Since monitors show colors differently this is a difficult question! I try to make the photos appear as accurate as possible on my monitor which has been adjusted to show accurate colors.
If you have a question about fabrics coordinating well, please e-mail me using the contact button on the left menu. I will look at the fabrics together and let you know if they coordinate and offer other suggestions if they do not.
If you would like to know what fabrics would go well with another fabric please ask. But I can only check with fabric I have in stock! What is the return policy? TOP
Fat quarter bundles may be returned for credit or refund if they are the wrong color .
Cut to order yardage is not returnable unless the piece is larger than 2 yards and there will be a 15% restocking fee .
Sale fabrics and patterns are not returnable.
The buyer will need to pay return shipping costs unless the fabric is not what was ordered.
If you receive the wrong fabric please notify us and we will send the correct fabric and a stamped envelope for returning the wrong fabric. What is the minimum cut of fabric? TOP
The minimum cut is a half (.5) yard. I have not been able to set the website shopping cart to not allow .25 yard cuts without also not allowing .5 yard cuts!
Please be considerate and do not purchase quarter yard cuts, especially on sale fabrics. There is a lot of lifting and carrying as well as reading the little numbers on the bolts for custom cut fabrics!
Do you sell single fat quarters? TOP
Fat quarters are sold only in bundles at this time since it is not possible to cut only one fat quarter. We do not have the space to properly store and organize left over fat quarters! Do you ship outside the US? TOP
Yes, I ship to Canada, Australia and Europe. The fabric is mailed in USPS priority mail international flat rate envelopes. It is securely packaged in plastic bags inside the envelopes. Please pay through Paypal or with a credit card for international orders.
Up to 7 yards (5 yards of brushed woven fabrics) will ship for $11.95 to Canada, $13.95 to Australia and Europe.
Purchases over 7 yards (5 yards of brushed woven fabrics) will be shipped in multiple flat rate envelopes at $11.95or $13.95 per envelope.
Customs forms will be filled out for every envelope and duties or taxes may be charged by your country. To avoid the duties or taxes your country may impose, please keep the amount of your order below the taxable amount. What is the shipping cost within the US? TOP
Fabric is shipped by USPS priority mail flat rate envelopes and boxes to all 50 states in the US as well as Puerto Rico and APO and AEO addresses.
Up to 7 yards (5 yards of brushed woven fabrics) ships for $4.95 in a flat rate envelope.
Up to 22 yards ships for $9.90 in a flat rate box.
Purchases over 22 yards will be shipped in multiple flat rate boxes and/or envelopes - unless you are in a nearby postal zone (Northeastern US) when shipping by weight would be less expensive. I prefer to answer questions by e-mail so I have a record of communication and because I do not hear well on the telephone.
If you do not receive a response to your e-mail within 24 hours please check your spam folder or try again and double check to make sure your e-mail address is typed in correctly. May I call you with my credit card number to pay? TOP

Please order through the shopping cart and fill out your shipping and e-mail information. Complete your order by choosing the check or money order box. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and I will be alerted to your order.
Completing the order in this way will remove your purchases from my inventory so it will still be available when your payment arrives. If possible please print out your confirmation e-mail to send with the check, if you do not have a functioning printer please make a note of the date of purchase with your payment.
Please mail your payment as soon as possible, if I have not recieved payment within 10 days I return the inventory to the webstore. What is Paypal? TOP
Paypal is an on-line payment business that processes payments over the internet. As well as paying with a credit card through paypal you can set up a paypal account where you transfer funds from a bank account into the paypal account. You can then pay directly from the account without using a credit card. If there is not enough money in your paypal account to pay for your purchases, funds will be drawn from the bank account that is linked to the paypal account.
